We carefully prepare and ship all orders within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During the Black Friday period, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 14 business days from the shipment date.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier’s rates.
Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.

You can follow your delivery at any time on our website through the Track Your Order page, using your order number and email address.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union include all duties and VAT.
For countries outside the EU, local customs or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
